to the Toten Mann (1392m) & Hirschkaser (1392m)

This snowshoe tour is ideal for connoisseurs, beginners & families. Our mountain guide will take you into the snowy world of the Berchtesgaden Alps. This little adventure starts at Hochschwarzeck in Ramsau near Berchtesgaden. The trail leads you steadily uphill to the summit of the "Toten Mann".

"360 degree mountain panorama"

After a few minutes of enjoyment at the summit, where you can marvel at the view, you head to the nearby mountain hut, the Hirschkaser. Here you will be well supplied with food & drinks & rewarded with an impressive mountain panorama. For the descent, you then have the choice of either walking back down on foot or choosing the accelerated version of the descent with Hirscheckblitz, a toboggan run.

Period:

December to April --> every wednesday meeting point: at 9:30 at the campsite reception

Requirements:

Stamina for a moderately steep ascent of approx. 2:00 hours & 3,5km

Guided tour with a trained mountain guide , snowshoe equipment, safety equipment, sledges & use of the "Hirscheckblitz" toboggan run, trandfer from the campsite & back
